Our service includes the evaluation of your personal property, preparing your items for sale, pricing the items, conducting your sale (usually two days) and final distribution of any remaining items to the charity of your choice.

We ask that nothing be thrown out unless it is obvious garbage, until we can assess the Estate. Too many times family has disposed of “Old Books”, “Linens”, “Pottery”, etc. which may have considerable value. Let us
help you decide.

We sort, secure personal family items, monies, clean, polish, organize, research values and price items. All in an effort to bring the greatest proceeds to all parties/Heirs involved.

We work with and consult our network of experts in other fields, market and advertise the sale. We will also provide personal property appraisals for Tax, Insurance, and Estate purposes for an additional fee.
